ICP Search are a global recruitment service specialising in the technology sector. They were looking for a new website to refresh their outdated online presence.
As with many recruitment websites, it must serve a dual purpose; being equally client and candidate facing to ensure that there is a steady supply of both high-quality positions and well-suited applicants.
Compared to their previous website, ICP wanted a cleaner, more modern appearance which encouraged engagement and made it clear to anyone visiting how they would get in contact. We designed the site with this in mind, adding clear ‘call to action’ banners and a live feed of ICP’s Twitter.
Once a design theme was chosen for the website, we began building it on our servers. As with all our projects, major alterations happen offline, with the finished site only going live to the wider internet once the project has been completed and signed off by both ourselves and the client. This means the client can continue to use their existing website up until the final switch is made, with no broken, empty or unfinished elements visible to the public during construction.
