Here at Carden Digital Marketing, we are looking for a creative thinker, someone who is enthusiastic and excited to bring ideas to life and make them excel.
Joining part of a fun, diverse and creative team, you will be responsible for the social media marketing for all of the internal Carden IT Group companies, which includes Carden Digital and all of our clients. Our portfolio includes b2b, b2c, which both include ecommerce campaigns.
We are looking for someone who tends to think “outside the box”, and is happy to politely challenge any strategy with their own ideas and inspirations, based on their experience.
What’s the role include?
We are very much a quality over quantity team, and our advice to our internal teams and external clients is to produce social media traffic that provides value to existing and potential new clients, for their time. With this in mind, the role includes applying high priority on attention to detail over a rush and run strategy.
With this in mind, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with the sales team in bringing ideas to potential clients.
- Designing a strategy from the ground up for Carden IT Group, and Carden Digital clients across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and TikTok.
- Producing social media content using tools like Photoshop, Canva and publishing using tools such as Go High Level to schedule.
- Working with our video team on ideas and concepts for posts.
- Tracking analytics on campaigns, to ensure campaigns are on a successful track.
- Providing monthly success reports to clients.
It is envisaged that you will become an extension of each brand, bringing your ideas to life!
What are we looking for?
- A minimum of three years of corporate experience working solely in the social media areas of Digital Marketing.
- Previous experience dealing directly with potential and existing clients on new and existing campaigns. To not be confused with sales but helping the internal sales team with their analysis.
- To have in-depth knowledge of paid and organic campaigns on all current and popular social media platforms.

Schedule:
- 35 hours per week, either 4 or 5 days.
- Monday to Thursday, or Monday to Friday
